These two lodges are located in the tranquil village of Felindre, amidst the stunning countryside that Mid-Wales boasts. Both are ground floor lodges and offer a great holiday base from which to explore this beautiful area. A haven for walkers with wonderful walks direct from the doorstep, as well as Offas Dyke, Britain’s longest archaeological monument, built in the 8th century to mark the boundary between Wales and England, and Glyndwe’s Way, a national trail, running through Mid-Wales, from Knighton on the English border to Machynlleth on the Dovey Estuary, and then on to Welshpool on the English border. Activities such as cycling, fishing and golfing can all be found in the surrounding areas. A fabulous location for bird watchers with many Red Kite feeding centres to be found.
